To determine the size of unit needed, keep the following guide in mind:
Clothes, personal items, 1-2 room apartment: 5x10
2 bedroom home: 10x10
3 bedroom home: 10x15 or 10x20
5-7 bedroom home: 10x30 or 10x40

For your convenience, we sell locks and hasp protectors on-site.
A $25 deposit is required on purchase of unit. Your deposit is fully refundable with a 7-day notice when you move out. Rent is prorated at move-in NOT move-out. Please see our policy page for further detail.
Disclaimer: Whenever you store things offsight, there are risks that can occur. Wil-Stor, Inc. does not assume liability for the items stored at our facility. All risks are stated for the record and signed by the leasee at the time of move in, on our user agreement. Additionally, we do not sell insurance here, and suggest to you, that you add your unit as a rider onto your home owners insurance or new policy.
